LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE:

This limited warranty is provided by Vatten Cold Plunge and applies to cold plunge products purchased and used in the United States, covering the pump, filter, ozone generator, UV sterilizer, cover struts, electrical system, chiller, vessel, wood, and exterior finish (collectively, the “Covered Components”). Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Vatten Cold Plunge warrants that the Covered Components of your cold plunge product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 10 years from the date of original purchase.

EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE:

This warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by the user: Any damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accidents, or alterations made by the owner or other third parties is excluded.

2. Negligence of service requirements: Failure to follow maintenance and care instructions, including water quality maintenance, regular cleaning, and proper use of chemicals, will void this warranty.

3. Theft or vandalism: Loss or damage due to theft, vandalism, or other criminal acts is not covered under this warranty.

4. Cosmetic wear and tear: Normal fading, discoloration, scratches, or weathering of the exterior finish or wood over time are not covered under this warranty.

5. Natural disasters or force majeure: Damage caused by acts of nature (e.g., earthquakes, floods, storms) or other events beyond our control is not covered.

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM:

To submit a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must email the claim to craig@vattencoldplunge.com along with the following:

• Proof of original purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice)

• Detailed description of the issue(s)

• Photos or videos documenting the defect

All claims must be submitted within the warranty period and will be processed only if a valid record exists via email.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT:

If a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed by Vatten Cold Plunge, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective Covered Component(s). Replacement parts may be new or refurbished. If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a refund or partial credit toward the purchase of a new unit. The warranty for any replacement part will continue for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

Vatten Cold Plunge will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience. The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at Vatten Cold Plunge’s sole discretion.

TRANSFERABILITY:

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the cold plunge unit.

STATE-SPECIFIC RIGHTS:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
