Staff Bios

George Nacker, Production Manager: As a five-year
United States Marine Corps veteran, George completed two combat tours as a CH-53 Helicopter Crew Chief. He possesses nearly 25 years in military aviation production, from maintaining to flying on aircraft, and experience in various managerial roles.  George's production systems have received national
praise and implementation internationally. 

Michael Santoro, Design Consultant: American born, multi-award winning creative director, transportation and product designer, Michael has been creating ground breaking designs for over two decades. Whether it’s the creative direction for a women’s accessory start-up, the cab-forward exterior design for a Car of the Year, inventing the automotive Easter Egg, or his innovative work for MacCase, Michael's work epitomizes strategic thinking, beautiful form and sophisticated functionality.

Pete Maziarczyk, Head of Fulfillment/Creative Co-Director: Owner of Malina Moving, a top earner on TaskRabbit, with extensive experience in luxury cold plunge installation.  Pete brings industry-leading creative vision, customer service and logistics skills to the team. His creative direction is helping Vätten establish itself as the industry leader in the commercial grade luxury cold plunge space.

Craig Mayville, CEO: Craig served his five-year United States Marine Corps career as a CH-53 Helicopter Crew Chief. After active duty, he worked alongside George for nearly seven years maintaining aircraft in a more in-depth setting. His keen eye for detail has earned him opportunities in exotic car maintenance and show preparation, metal fabrication, and luxury car sales. He has also worked as a white glove installation technician elsewhere in the cold plunge industry.
